1. Susan Boyle - Britain's Got Talent (1亿2千万次观看，09年视频新天王，是第二名的3倍)
2. David After Dentist (3700万次观看)
3. JK Wedding Entrance Dance (3300万次观看)
4. New Moon Movie Trailer (3100万次观看)
5. Evian Roller Babie (2700万次观看)

局限于音乐视频的话，榜单如下：

1. Pitbull "I Know You Want Me" (8200万次观看)
2. Miley Cyrus "The Climb" (6400万次观看)
3. Miley Cyrus "Party in the U.S.A." (5400万次观看)
4. The Lonely Island "I'm On a Boat" (4800万次观看)
