Google Chrome Frame 升级到 4.0.255.0

Google Chrome Frame时隔不久继续升级，版本号更新到4.0.255.0，更新包括：
- 当Google Chrome Frame卸载之后，会清空用户文件夹(Issue: 27483)
- 软件崩溃问题(Issues: 27414, 27695, 27662)
- 确认当Chrome Frame被引导到在IE全标签页里打开URL后继续渲染(Issue: 22745)
