Chrome Stable for Windows 升级到 4.0.249.89，修复若干安全漏洞

Google Chrome for Windows Stable 分支今天升级到了 4.0.249.89 版本，修复了之前版本存在的若干安全漏洞。值得一提的是社区贡献者 Timothy D. Morgan 由于指出了 Chromium 存在的第32718号 bug 而获得了 Google 提供的奖金。Timothy D. Morgan 决定将这笔奖金捐献给海地地震灾区，于是 Google 将奖金提高到了最高标准的 $1337（约合人民币9100元）。
